I am a certified Holistic & Culinary Nutritionist, and a women's blood sugar balance & body image coach. I spent almost my entire life letting my weight control everything I did, from what I ate to what I wore to where I went, and the list goes on. For years I was caught up in that all-too-familiar vicious cycle of diet > lose weight > can’t stick to diet > gain weight back and more > repeat. I felt guilty whenever I ate something that wasn’t super good for me, felt shame when I didn’t exercise, more shame when the exercise didn’t work, and like the biggest failure because the number on the scale just would not go down. I couldn’t figure out why, no matter what I tried (and I tried EVERYTHING), I just couldn’t get and stay thin.
